Store the Drawing
With the profile captured, store the drawing to add it to the currently open database.
- Enter a sample ID in the Sample ID field, typically a drawing number.
- Click Store to save the drawing to the database.
ℹ️ Note: By storing a drawing, you are just adding it to the open database. The database itself is kept only in memory unless you explicitly save it using the Save button.
Save the Database

When you see this icon active, it means you have an open database in memory that has not been saved to disk. Click Save to write it to disk.
💡 Tip: To save the database after each drawing, choose Auto save in the Data menu:
